Shipping Rates
We offer a simple, flat-rate shipping structure:

  • $10 shipping per bottle purchased

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total number of items in your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Palm Fragrance is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
